On August 9, 2010. Steven Slater is a flight attendant on JetBlue Airways. He has a problem with a woman passenger who was attempting to put her carry-on bag in an crowded overhead compartment. Because she started cursing and hit Slater in the head with the overhead bin door. In addition her responded with profanity. It is the reason of Slater had been abused by a passenger and that he quit his job. Then him grabbed two beers and exited the plane by deploying the evacuation slide and sliding down it. However, this case was made Slater’s act achieved “instant fame” because the difficulties of flying a symbol of the dislocations in the workplace cause by the economy and then  in the social media platforms responded to a “ sure-selling pop culture news item. It is to made him to famous in past.

The problem in this case is about ethical dilemmas, prudent consideration of safety, legai or fiscal responsibilities and mainstays of sustaining reputation. I use social learning theory to help understand that personal example and mass media can be important to receiver acquiring new behaviors.

In my opinion, I believe that this case is very important in my life because it's base things to use in society. When I have the same this case, I just to control your mind and have conscious to solve this problem. In addition, Don't pull a slater when out in public. You better take your business elsewhere or find someone else to handle the unreasonable customer.
